A New Head in Cherkasy Region
In late June, Baryshivka Grain Company appointed a new head of Cherkasy region. It was Roman Shpak. Prior to this appointment, Mr Shpak had worked in the company as director of Yagotyn Elevator.
“The following are my aims: to establish effective department work, in particular, to improve logistics, to organize warehouses, to solve a number of organizational issues. Among the primary tasks are setting up processes for the rapid and qualitative harvesting and crop storing. Besides, an important task is to solve social and household problems of the villagers. I hope, together with the team, we will achieve significant success in the work and social sphere”, – said the new head.
Roman Shpak has 18 years’ experience in the milling industry. Since 1995 he had been working at Poltavakhliboresurs Ltd production complex. At first he was a commercial director, and eventually he became the Executive Director of the company. Roman began working for Baryshivka Grain Company in 2017. During this time he has proved himself as an effective manager and established productive and coordinated running of Yagotyn elevator.
